Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, changes in customer requirements after work has begun, incompatibility with specific machines or software not disclosed at the time of order, delays caused by incomplete instructions, or failure to review proofs within a reasonable timeframe. In limited circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Flora Digitizing, a partial or full refund may be considered only if no work has been started on the order or if a material error directly attributable to Flora Digitizing cannot be corrected through reasonable revisions. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversal attempts initiated without first contacting Flora Digitizing may result in immediate suspension of services, revocation of file usage rights, and permanent account restrictions. By placing an order and submitting payment, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and accepts that the value provided lies in the professional time, expertise, and resources invested in the creation of customized digital deliverables rather than in a tangible product.
